The Saddle Bag Episode

This is the only positive episode that i have with Canyon and the first with their support, well almost. I bought a saddle bag with the bike, a Topeak Bag, after a couple of rides the bag disappear containing a tube, multi-tool, quick-link and an adapter for schrader valves. The only thing that stayed was the saddle clamp on the saddle rails, send a photo of it and they replied that they’ll send me a new one. Of course that i never found the bag again and about 40€ were lost.
