The Chainsuck Protector Episode

fter about a year of use the chainstay chainsuck protector simply disappeared during a ride. After sending an email explaining what happened Canyon replied that it’s not part of the frame and the only thing that they’ll do is sending me that part at my own expense and glue it myself. I order it and waited for about 5 months for it to arrived. You read it right, FIVE MONTHS waiting for a simple part of aluminium.
